You walk straight in from street level, and to a quiet part of the building. When you enter the apartment, you will see straight down and out over the lake! On each side are the bedrooms, completely shielded from the noise of the street. Large bathroom on the same floor. Down half a staircase, and you find yourself in a voluminous room with windows partly from the floor - to the ceiling that is 4 meters up! Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a very cozy TV corner you will find down there. And exit to private veranda that hangs right over the lake.

Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain.
