Located right in the center of Hornindal with short distances, easily accessible, good parking and very nice host. New and great apartment, tastefully decorated with all amenities. Highly recommend!

Despite late arrival, we were immediately "found" and warmly received. The spacious apartment is functional and nicely furnished; it has (with fresh flowers) looked at us very hospitably. Linda and her husband are always speaking, willingly giving tips, are very friendly and accessible. The river right next door is of course omnipresent due to the noise. The magnificent scenery and its richness also of berries and mushrooms are impressive. In summer, almost everything is closed, including the gastronomy. Alternatives to vacation activities in bad weather or rental options are rare (bring everything you need: books, games, diving equipment, boat, sup, etc.).

Clean place, good space and good sound insulation in the walls. The ventilation system provided fresh air and comfortable temperature throughout the floor. Good bed, convenient workspace in the room. In addition, a very nice and flexible host. Really happy!

We loved staying at Steffen's place! The check-in was easy, the place was very clean and everything was well-labelled! Steffen stood out as a super responsive, helpful and caring host. And although the smart controls needed some time to master, the place felt a lot like home and welcoming! We wish Steffen all the best and would choose his stay again without hesitation!

I had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The location is perfect, offering stunning views, and everything you need is conveniently close by. The house owner is incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The living room is wonderfully cozy, furnished with great taste, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. The space is also very spacious and fully equipped, providing all the comfort and enjoyment you could ask for. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the home matches the photos exactly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already considering returning for another stay in the future. Highly recommend.

We had a great holiday in scenic surroundings. The house has a great view of the fjord and is far enough away from water and road so even small children can play peacefully. There are 3 floors and two bathrooms. The room layout is well thought out. The property is large and the outdoor facilities (barbecue, panoramic sauna and jacuzzi, seating) a great addition. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. In addition, various games for all ages for rainy days. Directly behind the house, there is a beautiful hiking trail up the mountain and also in the area various opportunities to explore the mountain world. Shopping can be done by car and 5 minutes drive. The Syltefjord was not very fish rich for us, but the nearby Syvdefjord. There were also porpoises to watch daily here, and red deer with calves were seen in the meadows on the evening way home. We had a great time.

Fantastic and rich house with a high and modern standard, while retaining an old charm! Chickens with fresh eggs and kind pigs in the garden were a big bonus for us. The hosts were helpful and accommodating to our needs. We could feel at home with all the amenities we could have needed, both outside and inside. Hope to come back!

Nice to come back to this wonderful, rustic house. A little chilly in the house upon arrival but lovely to burn in the stoves! Hope to come back to Stranda and the house again soon
