Apartment with lovely views, boat rental, parking

Large and spacious apartment on the ground floor of the single dwelling in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly refurbished kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to the sea and mountains, with lovely views over fjord, mountains and Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and surrounding areas. Possibility to rent motorboat(40hp) and fishing equipment/water ski/Tube

Newly decorated unique penthouse apartment in sea arc.

A maritime dream at the top of a sea dwelling. The building dates back to 1895 and is one of the houses that survived the fire, and the apartment was finished decorating in 2019. Visible original travel. Here you can enjoy lovely views, great sunsets, northern lights sometimes in winter, sea and seagulls just outside the windows. This place has a wonderful character and is centrally located, but off the beaten track. It is a pleasant walk of 5 min into the center. In the building you will also find a treasure trove of an antique store and cafe.

Aasengard is located high and free in the middle of a great cultural landscape surrounded by wild mountains. The Garden borders the Geiranger Fjord, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. The farm is in the middle of a great grid for hiking. There are no animals on the farm. There are also many great mountain hiking opportunities nearby. Nice beatiful studio 28sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center .with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla a must for all tourists. 2-3 min with the bus. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Shared washing machine in the basement. Close to the NTNU universety.
