Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Alentejo

Were on the Rota Vicentina and stayed for one night. Would have sucked well for longer. I'd love to come back.

Very spacious apartment, all necessary utensils are available , very well equipped with superior quality equipment, quiet area and easy access to all points of interest of Olhão , close to the boat that takes us to the various islands and easy access to several beaches in the region . Very comfortable and pleasant

The apartment was spacious and everything was clean and tidy. The complex is beautiful and we were very happy to use the pool. Communication with the host was impeccable and we were flexible with arrival and check-in. Overall, we were completely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation.

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

Arthur and Patricia were great hosts. Great central location with lots of shops and cafes nearby but still quiet. Arthur gave us many local tips and suggestions which we took on board! Arthur was very friendly and accommodating overall, and also allowed us to drop off our bags early before the house was ready. The house was very clean and perfect for what we needed for 3 days in Lisbon. Huge bonus was the incredibly comfortable bed. Would stay again!

Paula’s place was a time capsule taking you back in time. The house, location and the decor gives you a slice of life in Lisbon that you’ve always wanted to experience. This was great for a family of 4. Paula was very responsive to all questions and was nice enough to accommodate one of our requests. Would love to come back and stay at this little gem.

Great apartment, great location - in between Old Town and the ‘New Town’ strip. Huge supermarket (Continente) and shopping mall close by. Only 10min drive to Algarve Shopping. Very clean apartment, all of the amenities you need including Washer + Dryer. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

The apartment is ideally situated right by the river, 5 minutes from the lovely local beach and with 3 good fish restaurants almost next door. Walk up the stairs to the roof and enjoy the 360 degree views of the Ria Formosa and inland to the mountains.

We loved this stylish basement flat which is so cleverly designed with a fabulous garden patio to relax or enjoy an al fresco meal. The conservatory dining room is ideal for cooler days. Set in a quiet residential area, the ever-present and inexpensive Uber taxis meant we were only a short drive from anything we wanted to see. Shout out to Parioca cafe for our delightful daily brunch. Thanks for being so accommodating Claudia.

We had a lovely stay. The unit was very clean, spacious, simply decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The wi-fi worked well. The water pressure from the shower and faucets were really good. It's an amazingly located building in the middle of it all but still pretty quiet at night. Countless wonderful places to eat in the area and the coffee shop directly attached to the building was very good. There was some slight construction happening on the weekdays (beginning around 8am) but we rarely had an issue since we were usually out of the unit at that time. The building has a small elevator which was very convenient. The check-in process was very simple. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the unit. The hosts were responsive and informative. The next time we are in Lisbon, we are heavily considering staying here again and we would highly recommend this AirBnB to others.

This is a great place to stay. It’s in a quieter part of the city but still close enough to the tourists sites. Perfect for 2 people or a family of 4. Not great access for physically challenged. Be prepared the bed is very firm. Overall we had a great stay.

Absolutely loved this stay! Beautifully appointed flat, and reception is also so helpful and friendly. It was the perfect way to start our stay in Lisbon and I wished we could have stayed here for the duration of our trip. The location is very convenient and walkable, with many great restaurants in the vicinity. The flat itself is very clean, with nice linens - very nicely designed. I loved the high ceilings and waking up and opening the windows was a morning perk! The larger bed (larger than typical European king -- more like a US king size) was also very much appreciated. Thank you so much for a really lovely stay!! I would certainly rebook for any return visits to Lisbon!

very friendly staff, they helped us a lot, in addition the accommodation surprised us, it was phenomenal, nothing like the typical step apartments with a carpeted pool, if I come back in Sagres repeat for sure

I stayed at Maria’s place for a week, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The location is perfect - super central but still quiet and peaceful. When we arrived, Maria had set a beautiful table with snacks, cheese, and juice. It was such a warm welcome. Maria is truly an incredible host. She sent me amazing recommendations even before I arrived - places to visit, things to see, and local tips. During a big power cut, she showed up with candles, a lighter, and even cash in case I needed it (banks were down!). I was so grateful and honestly blown away by her kindness. The house itself is beautiful, full of charm and great views. I felt like I was staying somewhere special, full of memories. I left not just relaxed, but with a new friend. I can’t wait to come back again soon! I highly recommend staying here - everything about it was perfect!
