There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. Appointed to a high standard with natural materials, such as oak parquet ceiling and floors and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.

Fully independent suite with private bathroom. The kitchen is shared with two more bedrooms, garden and swimming pool. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven, a two-burner gas stove, Nespresso machine, dining tables and chairs. There is a shared barbecue with 2 bedrooms.
