We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little cottage. It was comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Surprisingly quiet as it is just off the high street. We will recommend this property to our family and friends who enjoy staying in this area as much as we do.

Stunning setting surrounded by fields, felt remote but convenient for exploring the local area. Cottage was great for our family of four, lots of character and great sized bedrooms with the benefit of both being en-suite. Loved the fact the log fire was prepared for our arrival ready just to be lit. Wish we could have stayed longer, definitely one to revisit.

This is such a lovely place! My partner and I absolutely loved it, will definitely be coming back!

Georgie was so helpful all the way through from booking to staying and leaving. Such a pretty little cottage so cosy and the river is at the top of the road, easy walking to Tesco superstore and Beccles town. A wonderful bottle of wine left for us on arrival with milk and biscuits. perfect place to stay would definitely recommend and stay there again! x
