Perfect little cottage!! This exquisite home has so much beauty and detail. Unlike most rental properties, we have everything we could’ve needed-including cleaning supplies, coffee, extra linens and more. Beds were wonderful (which is always a plus). Host was super responsive and accommodating. Back yard perfect for any age. Such a relaxing weekend that felt like home! Would absolutely book again…

We've stayed at this location several times..it suits our large family and is close to our local family. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. The view is great and my grandsons love swimming and fishing off the dock. We hope to return. Glenn is great to work with and you can definitely see the care he has for the property.

Very clean and very cozy. Beds were so comfortable!! The area was so peaceful and hardly no traffic at all. We stayed two nights to attend an event at UTK baseball field. 10 min easy drive to the field. Would definitely stay again.

This is the most refined place I've had on AirBnB, and I've been doing this for a while. It felt like a spa and the location was great.

We all enjoyed the stay. Was perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. The home was clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood. Very convenient location. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The front drive is steep. After checking in we used the alley to drive in which was easier. Liz was very responsive. Would recommend!

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

We absolutely loved this place. The room was beautiful, clean and smelled so good! The land was just amazing. We went to the youth rodeo and had such a good time. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful setup, everything needed was in the home. I would stay again. Over all great setup. Need a little more flexibility with checking in when the tenant is flying in, if the unit is ready to come in, unlock security and allow tenant to come in couple hours early. We already paid for the day, it should not make a difference in the time. Even a hotel allows early check in if the rooms are available. Over all, love the unit and will used again, when visiting the area.

The house is very clean, and beds are comfy . Location is quite good for a stay at Townsend

He was even able to accommodate my request for an early check-in as I had a function to attend that night and needed to get ready. Overall, it was a very pleasurable weekend . Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle in Gatlinburg below. If you’re not afraid of heights, you’re on the top!

Perfect for parking and enjoying Old City! Super lighting and very comfortable furnishings. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re sensitive to noise- be aware you are in the middle of the fun- so Saturdays may be a bit louder. All in all- can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful well designed/decorated duplex in very walkable quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/running trails. John and Amanda were super quick to respond to questions and take care of a small issue we had on the last night. Overall: loved it, would stay again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We were in town for our daughter’s college orientation and the location was perfect for visiting the UT campus regularly. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and family room were beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay again!

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!
