Monthly Rentals in Alburgh

Position of the house was wonderful. 3 mins walk to a lovely local pub. The property stands right by a a small river. The garden stretches for around 200m along the river and is full of wildlife. The property was immaculate and very well equipped. Ideal size for two people. Really enjoyed my stay and will hopefully have a chance to stay again soon.

We have enjoyed our stay here while exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. The snug is very clean and has everything we need - toaster, kettle, french press, fridge and basics to make a simple meals even though the kitchen doesn't look very big. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. with blackout curtain. We would recommend staying there while exploring the area.

I spent a lovely few days at the shepherds hut. It was a beautiful and peaceful area with very little noise. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside and it worked as a great base for me to explore the Suffolk coastline. Katie and Matt gave really clear instructions for my stay and checked in while i was there to make sure i had everything i needed. The amenities were as described and everything worked as expected. Lovely hosts and a great place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Small but perfectly formed! Perfect for our overnight stay whilst in the area for the weekend house hunting. It had everything we needed for a comfortable night after a very tiring day. The teacakes and a cuppa were most appreciated when we arrived! Our dog was made welcome too, with treats and water bowl which was a lovely thoughtful touch. Check in was extremely straightforward. My husband was over the moon at the fact he could wander across the road and see all the planes outside the aviation museum! It was a shame The Buck Inn has closed, but Sarah's recommendation of The Fleece Inn in Bungay was excellent.
