Experience the perfect holiday in a house just for you! On a large plot of 5400 m², a beautiful fenced garden awaits you, equipped with garden furniture, a grill (only in the summer season) and a trampoline for your children. Inside the house you will find 5 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a foosball table and a fully equipped kitchen. Table tennis is available in the garage for your entertainment. Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

Private room - small attic apartment with private entrance from the hallway (33m2) hallway and staircase shared with the owners of the house. Kitchen equipment - fridge, microwave, ceramic double cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and washbasin. Car parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

Contactless arrival, fenced garden (pets welcome), fireplace, terrace, charcoal grill, fireplace, toilet, refrigerator, hot tub. Nearby there is a ski slope, pond, lookout tower, restaurant, shop. An ideal starting point to the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. Shower is only summer, outdoor. Hot water is only on sunny days. The hot tub is in operation all year round free of charge from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need. The hot tub is in the second garden, which is reserved for guests at the time.

View of Tanvaldský Špičák in the Jizera Mountains warmly by the stone fireplace. Stay with a larger group of friends - it is possible to rent both chalets Smrž 1 and Smrž 2. Each house has a garden with a pond, a terrace, a sauna and an outdoor hot tub, privacy is a priority. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty in modern mountain chalets.

Angel cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The mountain Andělská chalupa is surrounded by forests with a wonderful view of nature and Tanvaldský Špičák. The cottage is south-facing and, thanks to its location, offers privacy on the back terrace. When you relax on it, the sun shines on you all day long and you can enjoy the sound of a nearby flowing stream with a weir in addition to the view. The nature around is a balm for the soul and the forest just behind the cottage is fabulous.

Jizera Cottages - Modřínek

Modřínek – a place where you can relax in contact with animals. Enjoy our unique Farmping - a blend of comfort, nature, and farm life. You'll meet the sheep of Bár, Rose, and Dala. There is also a llama-trekking, where you'll walk around the local nature along with Lama Bambulack, Freya or Oliver – perfect fun for the whole family. After a day in nature, you can relax – a sauna by the river and a hot-tube (hot-tube) are included, at no extra charge. In summer, you can cool off right in the river.

Domeček RockStar 2.0 je mladším bráškou wellness domečku RockStar 1.0 Nachází se poblíž svého brášky na soukromém pozemku s výhledem na louku. Jedná se o klidnou část obce Smržovka. Pohoda a klid. Parkování je možné před naším domem. Je tady sauna, vířivá vana se sprchou, záchod, plotýnka na občasné vaření, nádobí, ručníky, župany, prostěradla, ložní povlečení, káva, čaj, sůl SmartTV s Netflix, WIFI, Doufáme, že se Vám v domečku bude líbit, my to tady máme moc rádi. Stavěli jsme s láskou.

Chalupa na potoku 🏡🌲🫐🚴🏼‍♀️🍄🦌🎿🦋

Chalupa se nachází v Jindřichově, v kouzelné oblasti Jizerských hor a je z obou stran obklopena lesy. Naproti je přírodní koupaliště a krásnou procházkou lze vyjít na rozhlednu Bramberk. První zmínky o stavení jsou z roku 1824, ale možná tu stojí ještě déle. My jsme tu strávili nezapomenutelné dětství, hledali skleněné poklady, sbírali borůvky, houby, lovili čolky a stavěli přehrady v potoce. Chalupu jsme nyní zrekonstruovali a chtěli bychom se s vámi podělit o krásnou atmosféru tohoto místa.
