WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AT OUR PLACE On the ground floor of the cottage, there's a large room - we call it the kitchen, but it's much more than just a kitchen! It's a place where you can all gather around a big table or relax on the couch with a book. Kids can explore what's hidden in the chest and drawers... we don't mind. In fact, we've prepared something for them in there. Where You'll Sleep You can lay down in one of the three rooms in the cottage. In the bedroom, in the little room, or in the larger room. The bedroom has a double bed, the little room has three single beds, and in the last room, there's a double bed and a fold-out single bed. We can accommodate up to 9 guests. The cottage comes with a large garden (1200 m2) where you can relax during the day, have lunch in the fresh air under the garden gazebo, light a fire in the evening, and end it all with a sauna! The pool is available for guests from June to September. The sauna is in the garden gazebo, which also features outdoor seating and an indoor relaxation area where you can lie down after the sauna. You can cool off either in the stream behind the sauna or in the bathroom. The cottage is heated by electric. However, you can also light the fireplace, which distributes heat to all the radiators. Firewood for the fireplace is outside in the woodshed, which is open for you!

During your stay in this unique place surrounded by nature, you will be captivated by the unconventional modern design and technology combined with solid wood and a very stylish interior design, and you will certainly also be delighted by the beautiful private wellness area with a state-of-the-art hot tub and a lovely Finnish sauna; in addition to the 2 showers, in the wellness area you can also cool off by going straight out onto the property's terrace and garden. The unique, newly renovated duplex apartment is part of the Chata Pod Desenským vrchem cottage, located in a semi-secluded area near the forest. The surrounding nature and privacy will provide you with an ideal environment for rest and relaxation, as well as sports experiences. Directly from the cottage you can go on a bike trip, a hike, in winter you can go cross-country skiing or go skiing. Within the large garden, there is a seating area with a grill and a fireplace. Our cottage is a place full of life, where modern elements blend with the original ones. You can bake buns in a tiled stove in a fully equipped kitchen, play pin-pong, watch a good movie or exercise in our multifunctional room.

Deer Mountain Chalet

Our cozy cottage is located in the middle of the Jizera Mountains. It is suitable for both a group of people and families with children. It accommodates 8 guests. Everything is furnished for maximum rest and relaxation. The cottage is fully equipped from the kitchen to the children's corner. Under the pergola there is an outdoor seating, sauna and ice shower. Ski resorts are located in close proximity to the house. In summer, we recommend walks along beautiful bike paths. We have a loom for children in the cottage.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
