Wunderbare Penthouse Wohnung mit fast 360° rundum Blick in Alzey, mitten im Herzen Rheinhessens. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. The finca is fully furnished with a double bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) plus a fold-out couch, bathroom with shower, kitchen, TV. Delicious, rich breakfast with homemade jam. Breakfast can be booked in addition. Other double rooms are available in the main house.

Our newly renovated farmhouse from 1721 is perfect for a wonderful break for up to 5 guests. The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.

Modern basement apartment

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023-February 2024 and almost continuously newly furnished. Located in the basement, the apartment is about 60 square meters and has a very spacious living room, including a pull-out sofa bed and a 65" TV, a new kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with shower, a chic bedroom with double bed and a sizable hallway. The apartment has a separate entrance.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a family, a couple or three to six friends. The tastefully furnished house is located in the Gartenstadt district. Bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and post office on site. Close to the city center of Ludwigshafen - yet very quiet. Good starting point for Palatinate Forest tours. Peaceful oasis with Mediterranean charm.

Relax in this idyllically located accommodation right on the edge of the vineyard. Here you can come to rest and relax. My apartment is close to Mainz, Bad Kreuznach, Kaiserslautern, Worms. It is ideally suited for both business and leisure travelers. The area is very quiet and invites you to take nice walks.

Our house is an old agricultural estate typical for Rhine Hesse, which has been carefully converted by us into a holiday home. We tried to get as much old and hearty as possible without having to forego modern comforts. You will live in the house to yourself and be completely undisturbed.
