Bus at the development's door to downtown. Apartment inside a villa, with a swimming pool and garden in a private development (common areas within the property), surrounded by countryside, quiet and comfortable. Small pets are welcome. Small dogs and cats live on the property. A double sofa bed and a double bed in the same room.

A 10-minute drive from the historic center and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, and 50 minutes from the Costa Tropical.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

It is a sustainable house and independent of the city's energy, which means that we operate with solar panels. We enjoy privileged views of nature. It is essential that you come with your own car. Due to the layout of the house, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Heating with a wood stove. Natural pool with cool spring water.

Studio with double bed and kitchen/dining area, new bathroom. Very good 160cm bed or 2 beds (+15e). For 3 people you can request a cot or extra bed. There are other accommodations on the same property.

La Casa Trinidad

Apartment in the center of Granada, next to the Cathedral. Newly renovated, with all the necessary elements to make your stay in the city as pleasant as possible. On the building's rooftop, you can enjoy the only pool in the city center, as well as the solarium from which you can see both the Cathedral and a 360º panoramic view of the city. We don't have baby supplies.

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
