Additionally, there’s a dedicated workspace, equipped with a desk and ergonomic chair, ideal for those in need of a quiet space to focus. Ascending the stylish staircase, the upper floor will surprise you with a bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed (150x200) offering panoramic views of the iconic Alhambra of Granada. Adjacent to the room, a bathroom with a shower adds to the comforts of the space. Undoubtedly, the patio with its hot water jacuzzi and a handy awning is the perfect nook to savor unique moments under the Granada sky. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, access to the room is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the room is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Spectacular views of the Alhambra. Terrace. This apartment has lovely views south of the Alhambra & Sierra Nevada mountains. It has a private roof top terrace with furniture for dining or just relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sight seeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. A cot with comfortable mattress is available on request. The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The living room also has views south of Alhambra and the mountains and a small balcony. The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player. A high chair or hair dryer are available on request. Private parking space 150m from the apartment which needs to be paid for in advance to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. Guests have sole use of the entire apartment and the terrace. If you need our parking space its needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros a day / 80 euros a week.

Apartment A occupies the ground floor and consists of a Moorish bedroom with lounge chairs (plus auxiliary bed upon request for one person), own bathroom, closet, kitchen with dining room and a Moorish patio with chairs, table and parasol. The Hamam with cold water room and steam room with heated benches, additional cost of €40 per stay. You can rent the entire house (discount, see also Apartamento B). From the zaguán you go up to apartment B and you access a small art shop. The type of hamam available equals a yacusi (if any doubts please ask). There are guarded parking about 150 meters away (cost 10.- €/day). The Hamam has an extra cost of €40.-. Please ask before arriving to prepare it well. For the maid service, 30.- € is charged. If an additional bed must be mounted, it is charged 40.- € extra. No smoking inside the apartment.

Newly renovated apartment, is inside a Carmen, with a bedroom with a double bed (1.35 m), living room with integrated kitchen and modern bathroom. In the living room there is a new sofa bed (1.35 m), ideal for guests or children. We also have a free crib if you are traveling with a baby. Perfect for couples, friends or families who want to enjoy a comfortable stay in Granada. All outdoor areas are shared with another apartment. We also offer extra daily cleaning service and grocery shopping before check-in (upon request). The entrance is self-contained via a code that is generated when checking in online on the day of check-in.
