The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colours and original works of art combine with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-glazed windows with views of the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the main high-quality utensils and appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three rooms. There are two double bedrooms and one room with two beds. Each double room has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool bath, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.
