Holiday rentals with a pool in Albaicín

I would give this place 10 starts if I could! What a beautiful and peaceful place that Philippe has decided to share with the world. It is private and quiet and has many different places to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The sweet small town close by is worth visiting to get some fresh bread or anything else you might need. Everyone was very friendly. Granada and the Alhambra is a short drive away as well as the gorgeous mountains of the Guejar Sierra for a hike. Philippe is a wonderful host like no other and will make sure you feel at home. He will answer any questions and give you plenty of suggestions to help plan your stay. If you do stay at El Lecero make sure to make your way to the lake from the house. It's super worthwhile<3. Philippe will tell you how to get there ;)

Very clean and comfortable Airbnb in a peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distance to cafes/restaurants and only a 10-15 minute drive to central Granada. Rosario and her husband were very pleasant hosts who were responsive and provided local recommendations that were excellent. Would stay again next time visiting Granada.

Lovely, very character-full house, well equipped with gorgeous outside spaces: loved the secret roof terrace, and the cats!

The apartment is wonderful: peaceful, comfortable and the views absolutely stunning. It’s close to everything, restaurants, sights and public transportation. It was very comfortable for 3 of us, one couple with an adult daughter. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the patio under the fragrant orange tree. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house is extremely clean, very well equipped, the kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need. The play room in the basement was a ton of fun for our kids. Every room has heating and we were very comfortable every night. I would definitely recommend.

Raquel's was a perfect host! Super kind and sweethearted, and her dogs were very cute. It was everything you may need for a small stay in granada, close to a bus stop that will take you straight into the heart of the city in 15-20 minutes. If you are driving like I was you may need to park a little away from the stay but it was not a problem. Everything was clean and Raquel was super generous with her time making me feel that no question I may have would go unanswered. Would definitely stay here again!

Mooi privé verblijf. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar die naast het huisje woont. Fijne grote tuin waar je zowel in de zon als in de schaduw kunt zitten. Prachtige rustige omgeving, het ligt op een berg. Heerlijk thuiskomen uit het drukke Granada. Wij hadden een huurauto en moesten 25 min. rijden om in Granada te komen.

Bonito chalet en una urbanización a 2 minutos de Otura, muy limpio y ordenado, sin problemas de estacionamiento, paisaje muy bonito y Mirian es la amabilidad en persona. Lo recomiendo. A 2 minutos se encuentra el restaurante Nuevo Otura donde se come muy bien, a buenos precios y el propietario y cocinero es muy amable y simpático. También lo recomiendo.

We had a great 4 night stay. The apartment is just a short walk from the train station. Maria met us when we arrived and did a thorough walk thru. She was super friendly and we enjoyed meeting her. She had previously told about the renovations going on in the building and gave the option to cancel, but we decided to stay anyway. The apartment is quite large and very comfortable. It had all of the amenities anyone could need. It was a 15-20 minute walk down to the touristy area around the cathedral. We did almost all of our dining down there. We took a cab to the Alhambra (an absolutely amazing place) and walked back. Highly recommend staying here - especially when the noise from the renovations ends. Thank you Maria Luisa!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Marmens Wohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns dort mit 4 Erwachsenen einquartiert. Uns hat der Aufenthalt großartig gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Stadtteil Albaicin. Man kann dort wunderbar durch die kleinen Gassen spazieren und somit die wunderschöne Altstadt von Granada erkunden. Tolle Restaurants und alles für das tägliche Leben sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ja, es geht ordentlich bergab, wenn man in die Innenstadt von Granada möchte. Aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Im Gegenteil! Ansonsten kann man günstig mit dem Bus fahren. Die Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung ist grandios! Man hat ganz Granada unter sich! Die Betten in der Wohnung sind toll und wir konnten wunderbar schlafen. Das Bad verfügt über eine große Dusche, die wir täglich genossen haben. Und Marmen kümmerte sich so liebvoll um uns. Sie fragte nach unserem Befinden oder gab uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants und reagierte immer schnell auf unsere Fragen. Supertoll!

Precioso apartamento con terraza y vistas a Sierra Nevada. Parking privado. Junto a la parada de metro. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar, desde secador, plancha y cafetera hasta con las cápsulas. Decorado con mucho gusto, tiene detalles curiosos como el wáter multifunción. Muy cómodo en todos los aspectos, nos sentimos como en casa. Repetiremos seguro.

We stayed in Rosario’s place for a week (2 adults and kids 12 and 15) and couldn’t have wished for anything more. It’s beautifully furnished and perfectly located - everything you need within minutes, 10 minutes to Socromonte for Flamengo (probably the highlight of our trip) and 20-25 minutes walk into the Centre. Rosario was a wonderful host - meeting us on arrival and guiding us through the narrow streets, super friendly and always happy to help (including when we managed to lock our keys inside!) We hired a BMW 1 series and certainly wouldn’t have wanted anything larger due to some (very) tight corners in the last 100 yards to the garage. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.

My words will be insufficient to describe the beauty of this Carmen. I should start with the view of the Alhambra. I have to admit that i Thought a lens had been used in the photos - but in fact the Alhambra looks nearer and larger in real life. the view can be enjoyed from several rooms, from the pool and from the roof terrace. it is spectacular when lit up at night. The Carmen itself is gorgeous, cool and well equipped. The pool provides a great chill after walking around Grenada. There are at least 4 good restaurants within a few minutes of the Carmen and a 10 minute walk will take you to several plazas with numerous bars and restaurants. Staying at Carmen del Agua was a holiday in itself and we look forward to returning with the rest of our family
