A few friends we chose Leandro's apartment to stay for a few days and we came back enchanted. Leandro super attentive from minute 1, he answered all our doubts right away, he also gave us many recommendations from the area. The apartment was hot as soon as you arrive and super clean and the location is excellent, next to the slopes. I also class with him since he facilitated both the rental and the classes and was a real pleasure, a great professional. Thank you very much for everything and we will be back for sure!

the house was not missing detail, even coffee capsules had, playstation 4, a new TV, everything was very clean and tidy, the house was warm and very cozy. the quiet area, the amazing views, well connected. Leandro at all times pending, even recommended areas to go to eat in Granada. without any doubt if I return to Granada and the house is available will be my first choice.

An 8-minute walk away, you'll be in the historic center of Granada. Free parking, public and guarded, across the street. Everything in the apartment is designed to make your stay even more enjoyable. You will rest on a very comfortable electric sofa, watching Netflix or Prime, and sleep in an en-suite bedroom with a 150 bed with a visco mattress and pillows. The dressing room is very spacious, where you can leave your bags and hang your clothes. Fully equipped kitchen. Area surrounded by supermarkets and bars.

The ecoSmart apartments are the only ones in the center of Granada that have a swimming pool, a terrace with views and a private parking (€ 20 / day). They are completely new constructed with the latest technologies. You will have the Gran Vía just 500 meters away as well as the Alhambra. Despite being in the center of Granada you will not feel any noise since we are located in a very quiet neighborhood and we also have the best possible insulation such as triple glass windows.

We enjoyed our stay at Carlo's place in Granada. The pool, outdoor space and quiet neighborhood were great. We do think the place could use a really deep clean, with baseboards and a few corners feeling like they need some attention. Overall, we were happy with our choice, but the management company needs to ensure that bathrooms are stocked with handsoap and shampoo as none of our bathrooms had any. As well, the kitchen needs a scrub brush to wash dishes. Details are important!
