Great place to stay! Peaceful and quiet area with a beautiful home.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The views and peaceful setting were exactly as described — it was the perfect mountain escape. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and very well-stocked — the kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances looked brand new. One of my favorite parts was how pet-friendly the home was. The hosts provided food and water bowls, as well as a long cable anchored in the backyard so our dog could safely enjoy the outdoors. It made traveling with our pet so much easier and more enjoyable. The location was great for exploring the area, and we appreciated how quiet and relaxing the neighborhood was. We would absolutely stay here again — highly recommended for anyone!

This is cozy very comfortable place. The house was very clean and well set up. It is in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

We first were’t sure about the location but at the end we loved the peacefulness of the place. The house is spaciousness and very clean. We were planning on watching a family movie, sadly the very small TV wasn’t a great option in doing so. If you do not know, Crestone is a spiritual place and has many different spiritual centers. If you like to get your groceries from a bigger store you have to plan ahead — because the drive is an hour to get one. But still the place is 5/5 *****

Dana is a fantastic Airbnb host - what the Airbnb experience was meant to be. That's coming from a fellow host. He puts most hosts to shame. He was friendly from time of booking to arrival to departure. The space is beautiful and very comfortable - and perhaps most importantly it was extremely clean. Love the setting with the mountains in the distance and natural looking landscaping around. Dana was also very generous - sharing some arrowheads - and just being a great resource offering local knowledge. Thank you Dana for hosting our stay!

I was at another Airbnb that didn’t work and out Britney came to my rescue let me stay at her place and responded quick. Her place is so peaceful and if you want to experience true Crestone her place is perfect for it. Very clean and lots of pretty plants. She was flexible and helped me out through my situation and helped save my bday! She is the best super host! I love the main bath! I wish I had one in my own home that big! I stayed in there for a couple hours :) very peaceful!!!

This remains THE place to stay in the east side of the valley. We’ve stayed for the last four years now and don’t plan on changing that any time soon.

Just as expected. Comfy beds, clean, great central location, affordable, and hot tub was a perk. Beware there is no air conditioning but we were all very comfortable with opening windows and enjoying the cool, night air. Thank you for a great stay for our family of 7!

We loved this cabin! It was clean and had everything anyone could need. I will suggest some kitchen scissors and a can opener for the kitchen but other than that, it had everything! This place was clean and tidy! Very well stocked on kitchen and bath essentials! Bedrooms and linens were perfect! We will definitely be back!

Rodney is a wonderful host, he is responsive and made a call to me when there was an issue with one amenities, which i truly appreciated! The booking process was incredibly friendly and proactive in reaching out to me! He is definitely one of the best factor in considering staying at this Airbnb! Although the place is not far from main road, the night is quiet and felt secluded, ample amount of parking for large vehicles and towing. This is a series of wooden cabins with other staying visitors but it was all quiet! There is lots of open spaces for family with children to run around, so this is a big plus! The rooms are adequately spaced and having 2 big beds in each room is really nice! Though the cabin is showing its age, I can feel the host is making huge efforts to provide the best for us and that is much appreciated! The location is within the town of south fork so it’s convenient to get basic groceries and restaurants. Overall I would highly recommend Rodney’s place!

This is a great cabin right in town. Walking or a short drive for food, while very quiet in the evening. The kitchen was very thoughtfully prepared, including coffee and a grinder, selection of teas and a very nice knife set (among many other things). Although simple, everything was clean and I had everything I needed for a stay. I certainly will return if I'm in the area again!

We loved our stay! Huge hot tub, grill, plenty of linens. Comfortable beds. We had 2 families, (4 adults, 5 kids) 2 cabins. plenty of cooking items and utensils! : Bring your hairdryer if you need, and blanket cover the windows if you are sensitive to sleeping with parking area light on.

We love south fork, we walked everywhere. Everyone was very friendly. The cabin is beautiful the kitchen is my favorite place to be. So of course I spent most of my time in there cooking. It had everything we needed. We also shopped locally at the rainbow grocery store. It was very good. We are planning our next trip to south fork. I give this cabin 10 stars!!

Great location! Very walkable to everything in town as well hiking trails! Even with the close proximity to everything, it was a very peaceful and quiet place to stay.

Such a cool place! James and Cindy were super friendly and welcoming. Great tour of the animals for us one morning and hooked us up with s’more supplies. Fantastic star viewing and comfortable place. Would highly recommend to friends.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and beautiful surroundings! Great place to stay if you are looking to visit the Sand Dunes. Friendly dogs who greet you each morning on your way out and love petting. Wonderful hosts! Private cozy space with all the basic amenities. Would stay again!

Really love it here!! Just like camping minus the tent so have to bring all your own supplies. The views are amazing and it was incredibly peaceful. Easy drive to the dunes!:)

This location was perfect for visiting the Sand Dunes! We were able to easily get into the park every morning with no delay because we were literally right down the road. The surrounding area was very private and felt safe. I was able to relax and feel secure at night. Host was very communicative/available. I would stay again if we decided to revisit the park down the line! Thanks for the good stay.
