Smart TVs in every room and a variety of games to enjoy, whether it be out on the patio with a fireplace or inside with your favorite show in the background. Portable AC provided during the summer. Half a block from Downtown Alamosa, restaurants, bank and bars. Safeway, liquor store (Chief Liquor) and Walgreens is 0.5 miles away. Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls is a 32.6 miles from the property.

Entire home with full kitchen, one bathroom with washer and dryer, one bedroom with queen bed, newly added Queen bed in the living room, The home sits on 5 acres with amazing views. 30 minutes from The great sand dunes national park! 15 minutes from Sand dunes hot springs. Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away. NO AC

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.
