Northwood Estate, 15min from UF

Our home is located in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood. We have no neighbors behind our home. The yard is roughly a quarter acre. The house itself is about 2,000sqft. Please be mindful of the homes age, it is almost 50 years old. Despite the multitude of upgrades there are still some small quirks such as: The AC takes a second to kick on, please be patient and lower the temperature just a few degrees at a time for the best results. The water takes a second to be hot and our hot water heater isn’t huge so if the water begins to get cold after 3-4 people shower just give it a minute to refill and heat up. Please make sure to close both sliding glass doors completely before attempting to insert the pin, it needs to be able to line up properly. The master bathroom toilets handle gets stuck down at times, please make sure after using the restroom that it is in the upright position. Finally please do not try to break into our linen closet etc. if you need anything reach out and we will be more than happy to help.

The Springs are 17 min. Our famous porches on Norman Rockwell-ish Main St. are beautiful and we are convenient to Hwy 75 yet quiet!

Cozy 3 B/R home nestled amid historic live oaks

Crazy Oaks Cottage is off the beaten path, yet a few minutes drive to all Gainesville offers. The house is on an acre, nestled in the woods. Across the road is a beautiful horse farm, maintained by UF. We are close to hospitals and UF campus. Our area is known for a variety of bird species! With very little traffic on the road, it's perfect for our guests with dogs. Morning views are misty and peaceful, and you may glimpse the deer that frequent our yard. Come home to Serenola Hammock!

Experience camper life in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from the heart of Gainesville! Staying in a camper is a unique adventure! Before reserving, please note: Shower and bunk beds CANNOT accommodate folks taller than 5'8". Camper does not have a TV or Wifi. Toilet is connected to a holding tank rather than traditional plumbing. If the valve is held open longer than necessary when flushing, odors from the tank can escape into the RV. There are steps getting in and out of the camper.

We were attending a youth golf tournament at UF and it was çlose by. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, lots of amenities, kitchen had all we needed and was well stocked with first rate dishes and appliances. We were only there for 12 hours and wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all it has to offer. Great Airbnb and highly recommend it for anyone. If we are ever in Gainesville again, we would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Amanda's, we arrived late so was nice to have a place to rest before we continued our journey. There was ample parking and the area felt safe. The house was quaint and had been updated beautifully. Modern bathrooms, huge and comfortable beds and a good social area for meeting with friends. I always love stopping through Gainesville and this place was the perfect addition to the stay, thank you again Amanda!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.
