We are a family of 6 with a toddler. We split our vacation in half, a condo by the beach and house close to the springs. Everyone was in agreement that this house was definitely the highlight of the trip. Way better than expected, pristine and luxe. We all appreciated that everything we needed and wanted was provided, but not only that, but the best of it and in bulk. Sensitive skins over here, so sensitive products were a great touch. Appliances, pots and pans -- everything was quality. The primary bed -- Oh so comfy!! Could go on and on. If we get the opportunity, which we might because so many springs are close to here, would definitely come back.

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

Great getaway to the springs! Katie gave very clear instructions and went above and beyond on the details for local restaurants, springs, ect.. the house was very clean and spacious, everything worked and is kept well. We loved the outside patio and pool area. Very relaxing and gave the real Florida vibe! We will definitely stay again on our next visit to the springs!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream for our girls’ getaway weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—honestly, it’s even better than the photos, which is hard to believe because the photos are stunning! The space was glamorous, spotless, and beautifully curated. The pool was a true highlight, and we spent hours enjoying the sun and the vibe. LaTisha, the host, was incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating to every need we had. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed, and we can’t wait to come back. We’re already dreaming about our next visit! Highly recommend—this place is perfection. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Boujee Bungalow is so cute! My girlfriends and I had a lovely time. The decorations and amenities are perfect. Don’t be alarmed by the neighborhood appearance - it’s actually really quiet and we felt safe. Close to High Springs and lots of places to eat. It was a great place.

We had a blast at Jeanette's place. She was a perfect host and made our stay outstanding! The kids really enjoyed fishing on the lake and nightly fires making smores. Jeanette let us know about a couple great food spots a couple minutes from there place as well, which were great. We would stay with her again in a heartbeat and look forward to coming back again sometime soon!

We came to High Springs to enjoy the springs. We went to Ruth Gilchrist springs on Thursday. It is a small spring with kayak rentals. We then went to Willie's place. It is a nice house just down the street from a lovely park. The kids enjoyed swinging on the swings after dinner. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and comfortable. On Friday we enjoyed coffee and relaxing before we headed to Ginnie springs, just past Gilchrist springs. It is expensive, but so worth the price. So many amenities, tube rental, kayak and long board rentals, several springs on the property. A delightful day. We only came for the two days and one night, but I wish we had stayed two nights. I would definitely recommend this adventure and Willie's home. We will be back. Teresa

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We stayed here for 4 days to attend my mother's 95th birthday celebration. We were a party of eight(8). The house had plenty of space for all of us. The beds were nice and comfortable and worked out well for four (4) couples. The bathrooms had plenty of hot water and nice water pressure. The primary suite was separated on the main floor from the other bedrooms. The bedroom was nicely decorated and comfortable with a nice walk in closet. The main bathroom had a double sink with plenty of room for a couple to easily get dressed. The bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. The other bedrooms were also nicely decorated with one of the bedrooms having easy access to the Hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of kitchen accessories. We were able to cook some nice meals and have a few family members over for meals. The host was very responsive and by far this was one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Comfortable, peacful, great stay

Our stay was fantastic! the photos do not do it justice, it was quite and peaceful, relaxing, and stylish. I may book again just to stay the weekend in the house and relax. I can't say enough good things about this home and Tiffany as the host. She was fantastic. (we didn't need for anything, but whenever I did message, she was very fast to respond).

This property was beautiful, peaceful and quiet and instantly made us feel at home. The house is cozy and comfortable and perfectly compliments the especially inviting porch and backyard space. Small, thoughtful details in the kitchen and bathroom were appreciated and the house was stocked with whatever you might need for your stay. It provided the perfect mixture of remote tranquility and nearby accessibility to restaurants, groceries and things to do. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a no-frills escape from the city while still keeping some creature comforts within arms reach.

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed the 2 porches to enjoy the lovely oaks and nature. The cottage was lovely with everything you could need in the kitchen and bath etc. The furnishings were nice quality and we felt right at home - we hope to be back! EJ was great to communicate with and answered every need quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

John was very respectful and communicated fast and efficiently with any questions that arise. He was very generous with providing a welcome basket of sweet treats and cold drinks upon arrival. When I’m in the area again, I will definitely be trying to book one of John’s locations because I couldn’t ask for a better host.

Liz’s place was perfect for my stay in Gainesville. The guest house had everything you would need and was very comfortable. Close to restaurants/shops downtown and had private parking. Would definitely stay again if I came back to Gainesville

Very large clean house. Plenty of beds. About 10-15 minutes from UF. 2 families stayed here while our daughters attended orientation for UF. The house was great for the younger siblings to entertain themselves. There is some traffic noise in the backyard but you can’t hear it in the house.

We had a fantastic stay—this place was exactly what we needed! The location was ideal, the space had a fun and relaxing vibe, and everything was thoughtfully stocked—from the kitchen essentials to the bathroom amenities. The beds and linens were super comfortable, making it easy to unwind after busy days. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made the entire experience even better. Cutest little house!! We were in Newberry for a softball tournament and I wish i had found this place years ago. Perfect location to get to the fields fast. Super clean and comfortable. Publix and a few restaurants not far away. Great communication from hosts.

Beautiful home, clean and comfy! The beds were so comfortable. The living space and table were roomy. It was perfect.

Julien's place in Gainesville was a perfect spot for a family getaway. The place was clean and spacious. Plenty of room to house 8 people -- we could have housed 9 easily. The bedrooms are large and the living areas - living room, sunroom, dining room and kitchen are wide enough that people can walk around, sit, relax and do what they need to without feeling like you are on top of one another. We ended up playing Jackbox and foozball most of the evening since it was raining outside but we had a lot of laughs. We will certainly book this Airbnb again.
