The place was clean and well-equipped as mentioned in the listing. The location is great if you want to enjoy the via rhôna. the Nordic bath is very good as well as the free bike loan.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

We had a very nice family weekend with a beautiful view, peaceful calm, the jaccuzi with the view. I really recommend it. Remember to bring a card game because there is no TV. But it's very good that way. a gas bbq used evening and noon despite the 10° in the evening we were still able to have an aperitif outside with the small guinguette garlands a large table for eating. decoration all done by Emmanuel who created his large terrace himself very warm place outside we had a great time

perfect dose of nature

The chalet is very pretty and functional (but I think we got a bigger chalet than booked😊). The location on the harbor and right on ViaRhôna is brilliant - preferably you want to cycle right away (hoping that all accommodations along the route are so great😄). Marine and Isabelle are very nice and attentive hosts. During our stay, the internet (wifi) in the chalet did not work. We were easily offered to use the internet for working in the reception's living room, which worked well. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

A small oasis of peace. We come for nature and the relaxing side. The accommodation is atypical and everything is designed to make you feel good. We were welcomed by Sebastien who takes the time to talk with his hosts. Everything is as in the photos, you can stay there with your eyes closed. The bedding is comfortable, nothing is missing in the kitchen area, the shower is not large but it is not very serious. And the discovery of the dry toilet… Highly recommend to all guests

Quiet and charming campsite, with beautiful trees. Very friendly atmosphere from staff and other guests. The food at the restaurant is great too! Can't wait to go back!!!:)

I had a very pleasant stay in the small chalet of Charlotte, the accommodation is in perfect condition, clean and functional. The view of the Mont Colombier from the main room and just beautiful. Charlotte is very friendly and easy to communicate with. And the massif des bauges is to be discovered absolutely for those who love the mountain far from the crowds. I would recommend it 100%
