We had a great stay at this little house! Everything was perfectly clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The place is quiet, not far from the city centre. Special mention to the owner, who was lovely, welcoming. I recommend it 100%!

The place was my best airbnb experience. House is 150 mt far from the center and central station. They designed it so good and functional. Anything you need from towels to dishware, from shampoo to first aid kid, everything was like a 5 Star hotel. House has a big TV and nice internet speed. Location is very central yet very calm and silent at nights for a nice sleep. AC is working good. The house has washing machine and dishwasher and they work fine also. Hosts are very helpfull, friendly and generous. I strongly recommend that house for visitors of Montpellier.

Hello, I recommend this accommodation because it is first of all very well located with free parking,the welcome and departure of the hosts at the top,the accommodation very beautiful and clean as advertised. If I come back to Sète I go home and not only one night. Thank you again and I highly recommend stopping.

Bouameur is very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is close to the city centre, 10 minutes' walk. The stairs to go up to the rooms are steep. Street parking is not suitable for a large vehicle, a car park is located nearby about 100 m.

The apartment is ideal for 5, the garage is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet, the street has very little traffic: the nights are peaceful! Our 4-night stay went very well. Francoise and Jean-Pierre's welcome is perfect.

House as described with a beautiful pool in a peaceful area. Carole welcomed us perfectly with clear explanations of her home but also of the area. Spacious and clean house with air conditioning in all rooms, a real plus with the high temperatures when we were there. I would recommend Carole's house without a problem.

What a wonderful stay we had at Olivier’s place! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The house was beautifully arranged, had comfortable beds and linens and had all the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay in Montpellier. The house is set inside a private courtyard which gave it a tremendous sense of intimacy and also allowed for the kids to play outside without the worry of nearby traffic. The property is also very well located; easy walk to nearby bakery, fromagerie, pâtisserie. There are also many restaurants nearby, 2 large grocery store and a pharmacy all within footsteps. It is also easy access via car to head south to the beach’s or other parts of the city. Olivier was extremely welcoming, great at communicating and made us feel at home during our stay. If you’re planning a trip to Montpellier, don’t look any further. We highly recommend this home!

As a host myself, I understand the rituals, chores and behind the scenes. Erick does a great job with proactive communication and follow up. Having the washer and separate dryer (rare for European stays) here was ideal traveling through a few countries as a family of four. Full size fridge too. Best shower we had in 4 countries. Not much for us to see or do in Saint Gilles but it’s a nice launch point for several south-of-France destinations. Front-door parking was great!

The house was perfect. The location, garden, kitchen, all kinds of kitchen equipment, seating, media, beds, bathrooms, everything is super. One almost does not want to leave the house. We had a great time. Thank you very much.

Sandrine is very responsive and attentive to her guests. Although very small, the pool is very refreshing. The house is very well equipped with everything you need including a dryer which is not always the case in houses in the south of France. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable.

Great house - highly recommended for families. Plenty of space for the kids, countless toys, and their own "games room". Fantastic location - 2 minutes' walk to the beach. The roof terrace offers a stunning view of the sea and the pond and invites you to enjoy and relax with the barbecue. The whole family loved it. Sabine is very easy to reach, very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Very clean with all the essentials Christelle and her husband are very welcoming, available and have good advice The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area, while being in the heart of the old town. The patio with the pool, a real plus, especially for the kids, it feels really good. We'll be happy to go back and highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Andréa’s home. Everything was exactly as described and we truly enjoyed our time here. It is such a unique space — right near the city center and walkable to everything, yet extremely quiet and almost feels like a charming country home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space in the mornings and evenings. We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back for a longer stay next time! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Montpellier.

beautiful house, exactly matches the description, very clean, very modern small pool largely sufficient for cooling off, all the amenities available whether towels, deckchairs, dishes, pots and pans, really everything. the host was not there but was very responsive on airbnb, easy to access and I really recommend this accommodation we were 9 and it was perfect!!! don't hesitate and don't be afraid

Very pleasant stay. The accommodation is clean, quiet, spacious and functional. There were 4 of us and we had enough space for everyone. Intimate and private accommodation. The host is very nice and accommodating. If I could add a little extra, it would be to provide a broom and a hair dryer. Otherwise everything was perfect. We will be back!
