Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Mitten im Wald schlafen ist für viele ein Traum. Hier wird er wahr! Am Rande einer romantischen Waldlichtung steht dieser ökologisch ausgebaute Waldwagen mitten in der Natur und wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The sofa bed, for the other 2 people, is located in the living room.
