The daylight bathroom has a tub, shower and underfloor heating. Our beautiful accommodation is quietly located, within walking distance of the city and surrounded by nature and apple trees. Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Our cute apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse on our horse farm. It features a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living/bedroom with a day bed for 1 person, which can also be pulled out for 2 people. There is also a single bed in the kitchen. A dining table with 4 seats and a fully equipped kitchenette complete the kitchen. A shower room/toilet is also part of the apartment. We look forward to seeing you soon.

By the way, in summer the attic apartment does not heat up because it has the insulation of passive houses. Cool in summer, warm in winter! If you need more space, the apartment below (about 60 m²) with 3 beds and a terrace can be rented.
