Holiday rentals with a patio in Agrustos

Ludovica's apartment, great, no complaints, everything is perfect, cleanliness, location. Ludovica communicates with her hosts, makes sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is modern, very well-equipped. We spent 9 days with 2 teenagers. If we return to Sardinia, we will return without hesitation to Ludivica.

Quiet location, great accommodation with amazing views. Antonello is a nice and helpful host, gave us great tips on what, for the restaurants nearby. We would be happy to recommend this apartment, we spent unforgettable days there. Everything great!

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Our host Andrea was very welcoming and warm, very helpful. We loved connecting with him. Thanks again! The accommodation is great, we were a little cold and there is no blackout curtain if this is important to you. We loved our night.

Luca and Elena were perfect hosts, they made themselves available, made sure we didn't miss anything. The directions provided to access the listing were clear and concise and we were able to find it without difficulty. Elena is very warm and responsive when you ask her, she sent us valuable information about restaurants, activities, places close to home from day one. The accommodation is clean and functional, we see that it has been modernized (decor/painting) while keeping the typical side of small beach houses. The view from the terrace on the marina is very nice and the beach which is 1 min away perfect for sunrise/sunset, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (La Cinta) 10 min drive. There are small shops within walking distance 2/3 min on the harbor. It's a real favorite, I can only recommend them:)

Very, very nice place! Super clean, large and beautifully decorated, great terrace very, quiet and close to the beach. Danilo was always available, very friendly and had great tips for the area. We had a very nice week in Palau.

Francesca's house is located in a settlement about 2 km from the sea. Some houses are permanently inhabited in this settlement. In October, apart from the normal sounds of a city, it was very calm. From the terrace you had a wonderful view of the sea. Our girls enjoyed the neighborhood's cats very much, even if they sometimes left a "gift" in the parking lot. The place itself is well equipped, two nice bathrooms. Since the bedrooms are located in the "basement", these are probably well air-conditioned in summer. However, there is also air conditioning in each room. The kitchen is also well equipped so far, but we were missing the opportunity to toast a little. There are two well-stocked supermarkets in the village - about 15 or 20 minutes walk. Also some restaurants, cafeterias are here. All in all, the apartment was a great last stop in Sardinia - it takes just 20 minutes to get to the airport from here.

We had fantastic days at Marco's place. It's a really nice house with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Sara welcomed us nicely and gave many tips. It is quietly located and within walking distance of the harbor. Perfect!

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

We felt very comfortable. It really had everything you needed! Great amenities, nice patio, super pool! Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, so you don't rely on the car. The hostess is always available and super friendly!

Our stay was very pleasant in Paola's house, we have everything we need in the house… Beach toys for children, bikes, a magnificent quiet terrace and a very nice outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The village is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bike as well as access to the beach. The largest town Olbia is a 10 min drive to do more shopping and especially enjoy the many restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this place.

A place with a captivating view of the sea and a nearby island. You can spend your entire vacation on this deck. Private garden. Near several beaches belonging to the resort, hot water, sand, a portion of the bottom with stones. Great place for a 2+2 or 2+3 family. You can use a car or a willingness to walk in a beautiful neighborhood - shops and a nearby harbor are about 1.5 km away. Extremely helpful host. We came for a few days for a full-day rest and we were surprised by the lack of a shop in the immediate area. Maria Rosa offered to drive us to the store and wait for us to shop for a few days. Thanks to the rest of the stay, we were able to spend a carefree rest.

The place was well equipped and had a nicely covered terrace overlooking the sea. The hosts were very helpful, quick to respond, and gave us tips on the best beaches and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet, the store was within a 10-minute walk. On the day of checkout, the host also offered us a ride with suitcases to the station. We didn't miss anything, I would definitely recommend 👍

Tommaso was very welcoming, helpful and available. He answered all our requests very quickly and fully.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

We have a lovely week in Budoni. Graziella is a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with parking my car in my space as it was big and she offered to swap to an easier place. She got us some fresh figs from the garden :) the location is good, right next to all amenities , night market, icecream shop! The beach is a bit far by foot with children (15 minutes), but is only a few minutes in a car . Parking is cheap at budoni beach £3/day. The house itself is very well equipped and cosy. Everything you need !! Two air-con units one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Nice shaded patio with chairs and tables . Host always available and discreet. I recommend ++++

The photo doesn't show this, but it's a two-story apartment: - on the ground floor there is a kitchen, shower, living room with sofa and TV and access to the terrace - there are two bedrooms with a bathtub on the second floor The apartment had everything you need. There is free packaging on the street near the apartment. Very convenient location - all large supermarkets and Olbia are also close by. The Internet is normal, better than the average in Sardinia. But sometimes I had to give it out from the mobile internet. The only thing is that the bed is slightly short - with a height of 176+ cm, the legs hang. And so distinguishing the apartment and the responsive host. I recommend it at all.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.
