Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Great place to stay! Perfect location. Walking distance to the shop and restaurants. Lovely and authentic Italian house / flat . Cecilia was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We stayed at the property in the low season and highly recommend. Communication went smoothly, we were welcomed warmly and friendly. The place has a beautiful view of the mountains and is very private. We felt really comfortable and there was nothing missing in the accommodation. The neighboring cat Merlina also sweetened our stay very sweet, which was really nice. The place was very clean and had everything you need. Shopping & restaurants were 5 minutes away, really straightforward. The barbecue (lotus) is very small and not suitable for larger evenings, you should know that. The pool was not yet available to us in the low season (mid-May), but when we left, it was already filled with water so you can expect it to be usable from June. We would definitely come again (especially at this time) and will always remember this.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. The house was gorgeous and so close to the town and the beach (which is one of the best beaches we’ve ever seen). Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😀

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-meal household chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

We have really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little villa in Sardinia. The villa is very private and comfortable with two fantastic outdoor spaces that work well not matter what the weather - the pool is a sun trap with plenty of sun loungers, whilst the covered veranda the other side of the property has a great table and outdoor cooking space. A car is essential to enjoy the surrounding area, but wow, what an area. The villa is a 4 minute drive from the local beaches, we loved Spiaggia Cala Sassari the most, park down the far end for free (we learnt this only after paying 10 euros for parking) and enjoy the whitest sand and the bluest water. We loved our boat trip out to the islands to swim in some amazing coves. Dinner was great in Golfo Arancini and Porto Rotundo. However, one of the highlights was heading inland to the Thursady market in San Pantaleo, a beautiful town in the mountains. Breathtaking! Leonardo was an excellent and responsive host. We couldn’t have asked for better!

We had a wonderful stay at Ilaria's. The apartment has everything we needed, comfortable and we slept really well. It stays cool in the day. location is great - walkable to everything you need. Ilaria was also really communicative, gave clear instructions, very friendly, and great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great location and Mario is super helpful and responsive . Kitchen is very well equipped. one of the best place to stay as it’s adjacent to the beach and all the super markets are in walking distance .

Everything was just perfect. Pietro is a great host, very helpful, friendly, attentive and flexible (we arrived later than announced and Pietro was kind enough to accommodate the check in later in the day). Many small details made the stay especially enjoyable, like a small welcome gift at arrival, an apricot tree in the backyard, many spices and oils already available in the kitchen, small radio in the living room that also connected to our phones for some music and much more. We would come back anytime.

Great hostess! Great location! We were there in early May and we felt the only ones on the hill. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Accommodation is ok for the price. However, it does not invite you to linger. It is enough for the night but it is uncomfortable. The bed is very old and there is no way to heat when it gets a bit colder. So bring warm clothes for cold nights. The location is all the more beautiful and the view is great!

A great stay at Mario's little house! Everything is very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully decorated and without a doubt the best part is the terrace with good views and the location very close to the sea. Both Mario and his parents were very attentive and communicative. It's a place to go back to. Thank you 🫶

We had a lovely week here. The highlight is clearly the large garden with plenty of space, sun, shade, barbecue and absolute tranquility – ideal for enjoying nature and privacy. The landlords live upstairs, but are very reserved and helpful if you need anything. The apartment itself is fine, but a little outdated. There were minor defects, but overall everything was still functional. If you don't expect luxury, but are looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, you will get good value for money here - so we can definitely recommend it!
