There is beautiful nature, hiking terrain, swimming and fishing opportunities nearby. At the same time, it is a short distance to shops and everything you need (5 minutes by car). Possibility to rent a recreational boat (May-Sept). Access via a private jetty about 3 minutes' walk away. You must be a boating expert. The building is from 1952. 57 m2. Electric car charging station about 5 minutes away.

"The blue nest" Solbakken Microhouse

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

An older charming house in Telavåg, about 160m2, newly partly renovated, and very close to the sea. The house contains 2 quite big living room, with a wonderful view over the fjord/sea. The house contains 4 sleeping room, and 1,5 bathroom. A small boat with outboard engine can be available for some small additional money. Supermarked is a small ride of 10 minutes away, and the city of Bergen an additional 30 minutes. A gas barbecque grill on request, can be available.
