My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Our excellent experience with the Hosts began before we even arrived, and their hospitality was superb throughout our stay. Tryfon was most responsive to any questions we had. The space was what we needed for our party of 5. We needed a place close to the airport as we had a late flight & just stayed one night before leaving the next day to go explore northern Greece. Nansy was very responsive & helpful. She met us when we arrived & showed us the space. She even helped us order dinner from a local restaurant. The place didn’t have air conditioning, but there were fans provided that worked for us. There were also some snacks provided that helped tide us over until our dinner arrived. All in all, I would stay here again!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

This is the second time I stayed at Danae's place. That says it all. All very good and I will definitely stay there again. Nice, comfortable, clean flat. All amenities present and in good working order. Walkable distance to metro and supermarket. Helpful host.

The accommodation is true to the photos: very clean and spacious. The host is responsive: very good communication. The location is a little far from the tourist city center but unsurprisingly it was well indicated in the listing. Recommended!

This place was perfect for what we needed - a place to catch some zzz’s after a day of travel on ferries back from islands and before an early morning flight. It is walkable to the metro station that is only 2 stops away from the airport. We got into the place around 10 PM and were happy to find a fast food place that was open to get some late night gyros. In the morning, we passed several bakeries for breakfast on the way to the metro. The place was spotless and very spacious. It also has a huge back door deck. Overall, great stay! Thanks! Would recommend this to anyone needing a place for one night before or after traveling to/from the airport with early or late hours.

We stayed as a family (2 adults and 2 children) in the apartment using the sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. Our stay was very comfortable. The house was really super clean, quiet, and had everything you need for your stay. The yard was perfect for kids to play and a little outside. Being able to park right next door was also very convenient. Andreas was very direct in communication and very helpful. Our experience overall was impeccable!

Amazing place in Athens!! In the center of Plaka, close to everything on foot. A lot os restaurants, shops and small markets near by. Alexandros is very, very nice and friendly guy. He gave us a lot of good tips. We enjoy very much the days in Athens. We definitely recommend this place.

The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

Dora and her son were so friendly and accommodating, they couldn’t have done more! The area is very quiet which was a plus for me. I loved the open space of the apartment and was very comfortable there. I soon found my way around (supermarket etc is within walking distance). Highly recommend

Great place for our 1.5 week stay

Apartment fully equipped in quiet district next to beautiful park. There are shops within walking distance for basic shopping and the National Defense metro station is within 15 minutes walking distance. Three people are comfortably accommodated. The host very kind and helpful.
