The cabin has a large jetty on the downhill side. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (according to Reiseradioen). Short distance to the wildlife park, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road leading to the cabin and to the cabin itself; the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow. Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Helt ny hytte i sjøkanten, moderne nordisk stil. Unik beliggenhet med utsikt til Oksøy Fyr, og innseilingen til Kristiansand. Det er 30 - 40 m til sjøen. Hytta ligger i nær tilknytning til badeplass, svaberg for bading og fisking. Hytta har en stor og trivelig stue. Det er soveplass til 8 personer, 4 soverom. Det er to bad, med dusj og wc. Fin terrasse og uteområde. El-bil lading er inkludert. Flekkerøy, er 15 km fra Kristiansand sentrum, bomfri tunell.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
