Cabin with lakefront and family-friendly location. Approx. 100 meters away you will find Årosferiesenter which has a beach, large heated pool and mini golf (for a fee), pub, street kitchen and kiosk. Otherwise, there are also many great hiking areas and swimming areas in the immediate area around the cabin. During 2022, there will be an indoor swimming pool and hot tub that the cabin's guests can use freely The cabin is decorated in a modern way, but still with a cozy atmosphere.

Uendelig med turområder i vakker sørlands natur rett utenfor døren. Koselig lokalsamfunn med nærbutikker i 10 minutters gange fra huset. Et perfekt feriehus i hjertet av Sørlandet. Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Cozy apartment

Garage apartment with kitchenette and bathroom, balanced ventilation and air conditioning. Possibility to use our pool in the garden during the summer months. We have kids born in 09, 11, 14 and 2018. They are diligent users of the pool. There is a sixth sleeping place, but it is on a sofa bed. Beach and great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. 10 minutes to Feed ski arena Bed linen can be ordered in addition. NOK 100 per set.

Right by the beautiful beaches on Lista where you can go for nice walks or surf the waves. The apartment has a heated pool in June, July and August. Location right by the pool and with a great view of the beach and lake. There are 2 large bedrooms as well as a loft with many sleeping places. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as children's toys and books. Trampoline and playground right outside. About 7 km to Farsund city center.
