Flekkerøy is about 20 min away from Kr.sand and 25 min to Dyreparken . We primarily want to rent out our apartments to families with children. No partying or anything like that. Nice apartment located next to a beautiful swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach for the little ones. Playgrounds and football field 5 min walking distance. On the island there are many unique pearls with great bathing places for big and small. Local cafe and ice cream kiosk, Kiwi shop just a short walk away. For those who like nature, hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment.

Dyreparken, city center, Sørlandenteret, water park, 18-hole golf course, hiking trails and several great beaches etc. within 15 min w/car. Short distance to grocery and bus stop. If desired, the cot can be mounted in the apartment in the bedroom. The apartment will always appear clean and always with new clean bed linen incl. rent, 30 meters from Markens gate, 150 meters from the city beach and aquarama. 150 meters from fishing pier and restaurant areas, immediate proximity all amenities in the city center.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

Sunny cabin near amenities

Cozy and peaceful accommodation centrally located in a sunny area. Walking distance to all amenities. Lovely light trails close by and close to great nature areas and mountain ranges. The cabin has large outdoor area and room for several cars. The cabin is richly equipped and makes it comfortable to stay both indoors and out. Possibilities for barbecue place and hammock in place. Guests must bring bed linen, towel and kitchen towel themselves. Guests will do laundry before departure.

Forget your concerns in this peaceful place. The house is located on a large plot in scenic Finland. The space offers a large outdoor area with large lawn, a lovely Jacuzzi/hot tub (which can be rented from 1000kr) terraces and more. Here there is plenty of space to unfold both indoors and outdoors.
