Great house with a beautiful view. We spent beautiful days here in the mountains. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. However, you are dependent on a car, as it is about 25 minutes to go shopping in a larger supermarket. We would come back.

We could. It have wished for a more beautiful spot or villa to stay in for this family reunion holiday. The view from the balcony across the bay and surrounding mountains is spectacular, the neighbourhood very peaceful and access to all we needed and wanted to do couldn’t have been easier. The villa has been superbly renovated with every comfort to make our stay feel exotic yet warm and welcoming. Thank you so much Eric. We would love to come back again soon!

Well located rental in a quiet area but close to Propriano where you can find all the amenities for shopping, seaside walks, beaches and the mountains max. 1 hour away. The house is well laid out inside the property where there is also the owners' house and another rental a little higher, no opposite the terrace and the property is large enough not to get in the way. So, a great holiday in May when life is good in Corsica!

Eric and Edith's place is one of the classiest AirBNB's I've ever stayed in. The apartment is even better than the pictures - the floor layout and composition of everything including tasteful furniture and decor is perfect. Lovely, partly wild garden lot. Lots of space in the apartment - huge patio for star-gazing. Beautiful view onto the sea and coast. Good for watching sunsets. The neighborhood is off the beaten track but it's easy enough to get to several towns and attractions in the southwest of Corsica. A dirt road going by the house leads down to a beautiful beach with a very good family-run restaurant. Edith is very responsive and is concerned that guests have a good stay. I highly recommend this listing.

We had a fabulous week ! We were 4 adults and 4 children and had enough space, also it's nice that each room has its own bathroom! The house is well located, quiet with a great view, and not far from the beach , supermarkets and the beautiful place Porto-Veccio.

We had a great time in the heart of a beautiful environment, quiet with the only background noise being the sea and the birds. 😇 And despite the capricious weather, we were able to enjoy this cocoon nestled in the hollow of the lighthouse. 😇 A beautiful accommodation offer that matches the description!

Very pleasant stay in this small haven of peace with breathtaking views of the mountain, the sea, and the sunsets in breathtaking colors. All the ingredients were gathered for a memorable holiday and beautiful discoveries: a postcard decor, very welcoming hosts and good advice, very warm local locals, mild weather and a very well-maintained garden accommodation, perfectly suited to our little family. Thanks to Pascal's detailed explanations, the accommodation is easy to find. The landscape around the house is just beautiful. The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy the pool a little lower facing this incredible environment. Inside, there's everything you need. Pascal's welcome is very warm and his communication perfect. A little corner of paradise where we would gladly settle!

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment Very well equipped and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is incredible, overlooking the mountains and the Aiguilles de Bavella. it is located in the small village of Zonza, lively, close to plenty of sports activities and especially in nature. The region is sumptuous.

The place itself is wonderful and reasonably priced, and communication with the host was smooth at first. But for some reason, she decided to pick a fight at the very end of our stay about a trivial misunderstanding (about the exact place to leave the garbage bags) that she could've avoided by providing actual instructions in the house rules (there weren't any). That left a bad aftertaste.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is impeccably equipped — nothing is missing at all. The hosts took care to ensure that we were fully satisfied, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second. The view is one of my top 5 for life: breathtaking nature, accompanied by the soothing song of birds. Book now, before someone else does

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the house and the area with two families. Christelle and her husband are helpful. The steep driveway to the house is a bit tricky the first time but ultimately easy to do. And the beautiful view is well worth it.

George’s place was absolutely fantastic! An amazing hidden gem, with outstanding views.. exactly the kind of place we love. Gladys was excellent and kindly met us late due to a delayed arrival of the ferry. We highly recommend George’s place and will definitely return.

Small house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for couples. Large garden though is really a highlight here, we had a lot of dinners there and we absolutely loved it. Our dog also enjoyed freedom as garden is fully fenced.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Thank you very much for the great service, we'll be back in 2026!

Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! A sleek and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it is even bigger than it may appear in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for football and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! Equipment level everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

Had a super great holiday! If you want to plan something for activities, Patrick really helps you. He knows where you need to be and doesn't mind making a call for you. We mainly lived outside by the pool and the outdoor kitchen. We will definitely return to the super host. Highly recommended if you want to go to Corsica. Patrick, thank you so much!👍🏽

Stunning house and very well equipped. Ideal for famillies with children with direct access to the beach and a lovely grass area in the enclosed garden. Beautiful sunset every night! Emmanuel has been very responsive and flexible which is very appreciated however, it is a shame that we didn't get a proper tour / informations by the concierge about the property when we arrived, or at least the next day (as we arrived very late). Especially, as some of the bay windows were extremely hard to open or even didn't open at all, it would have been nice to have a heads up! But will definitely book again in the future, hoping those will get fixed.
