Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aetolia-Acarnania

The is situated on a hill with amazing views of the bay and the town of Palairos. It’s very private and in a very quiet area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town where there are numerous restaurants serving delicious food beside the sea. The villa is extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 6 plus a baby - we did not feel cramped at all. The pool is large and the outside space works really well. The pool area is surrounded by decking which suited us well as it was non slip. There is an outside fridge and an electric BBQ. We mostly ate outside. Susana met us at the villa and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming and kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay - giving us information and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Dimitris was a great host and provided us with everything we needed during our 3 day stay. We hope to go back soon. Totally recommend to anyone who need a calm and peaceful vacation.

This place is way cooler than you think from the photos. I wish we had more time to spend there. The host was outside to help us find the place at about 23:00! there were generous amounts of food, and toiletries. Great place!

The little house on the cobblestone path was exactly what we expected. A space made for rest and relaxation and with a great view!!! Beautifully decorated, functional clean, and gave you the feeling of being at home. This is a big hit. Nice work!!! And Mr. Panayiotis, super friendly with direct communication to what was needed. I recommend it to anyone who needs a little time out : )

The pictures don’t do this home justice! Amazing brand new place with everything you need for an amazing stay! Full kitchen, sitting room/living room with outdoor patio. Patio off the back of the bedroom with chairs. Laundry was very nice. Lots of small special touches. Amazing views of the ruins behind the home. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Across the street from the parks and just down the road from the Arta Bridge. Definitely the best Airbnb in Arta!

The house is very quiet and outside the village. The view over the pool and sea is unique and relaxing. Myrto gives many beautiful and helpful tips for the area, shopping and restaurants. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Communication worked great. We sincerely appreciate it.

The bed is extremely comfortable, it's a safe area that is quiet and peaceful and easy walkable distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Easy close free parking . The lady downstairs was very helpful regarding the use of the washing machine. Would definitely recommend staying here

We were here for the second time. Once again, everything was perfect. I fell in love with the cats from there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is truly beautiful and it was clean ! We can’t wait to return.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bowl of fresh oranges and cookies waiting for me upon arrival—such a thoughtful gesture from Amalia. The studio is on a quiet street across from a lovely view of the Ionian Sea, located on the ground floor of a charming three-story home. The area is perfect for sunset walks, and a short 10-minute stroll north leads to a historic fort. Although a rental car would have been helpful, I was kindly lent a bike and enjoyed a scenic 15–20 minute ride to Preveza for delicious baked goods. The peaceful surroundings, ocean breeze, and sound of the waves created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The locals were friendly and helpful, especially George, a local taxi driver who gave me a personal tour of sites like Zalongo and nearby UNESCO locations. Amalia’s hospitality and the beauty of the area made this a memorable stay. I highly recommend this charming Airbnb for anyone visiting western Greece.

The appartment was nice and clean with a cute sitting area outside. The city area is also good, there are restaurants and shops near by, 2 minutes away. The communication with Vasilios was easy and fast, everything went without any complications.

Very nice, pleasant house, small enough, quite organized and clean. Lovely stay, great communication with the host. Only small negatives (for some perhaps negligible) were the size of the bed (borderline a double for tall or large people) and the strong feeling of humidity in the atmosphere (which may be perhaps more general in the area).

Upon arrival we were greeted by Athanasios's wife with kindness and availability. He immediately offered us a welcome Greek coffee accompanied by delicious homemade cookies. Genuine and reserved environment for those like us who wanted tranquility and relaxation. The property was as described in the listing with easy parking and without any impediment. To conclude the evening before departure during the greetings, we were given an unexpected present that made our stay also on the final truly wonderful. The apartment had all the comforts and was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this host to anyone who wants to visit the island of Lefkada.

An excellent accommodation. Clean, elegant and well-kept. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and the city center. Excellent host.

Place and bathroom are smaller than what appear on the pictures but it is a nice place to rent for a few days, located in the middle of the city centre. Huge balcony with views over the George's sq and Nafpaktos. Fair value for what you get. Mike was kind, responsive and flexible with the check in/out. Well recommended.

We had a great stay! The house was spotless, comfortable and fully equipped with everything one could need. The location was ideal – quiet but also close to everything we needed. Elena was kind, hospitable and very helpful throughout our stay. Communication was direct and easy, and he made us feel at home. We'll definitely go for it again and highly recommend it!
