Cozy in the Weserbergland

Cozy and quiet apartment with rustic-modern charm, in a historic half-timbered house. Non-smoking, but vaping and vaporising are allowed. Smoking area at the entrance. Wind and rain-protected entrance area, with storage space for sports equipment and wet clothes. Pets allowed. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible and there are some small steps, as well as a staircase. The ceiling height in the kitchen and in one of the two bedrooms corresponds to an old half-timbered house.

Sie werden bei uns in einer separaten, abschließbaren Wohnung im OG untergebracht und können somit Ihre Privatsphäre voll genießen. Eine Getränkeauswahl, sowie Kaffee/Tee sind inklusive. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück ist auf Wunsch für € 9,50 pro Person buchbar. Bei Bedarf kann ebenso ein Kinderreisebett zugestellt werden. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

The property is accessible through a separate entrance. It is very bright and designed with parquet flooring. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven and fridge/freezer combination. A toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also provided. Welcome to La Vista - a modern 65 m² apartment with fantastic views and a quiet location. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible without steps. Consisting of a living room, bedroom, hallway, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and terrace. You can share the garden, the wooden deck by the pond and the studio. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the living room has a small wood-burning stove.

Our apartment is located in a detached house in Friedrichshagen. It is on the first floor and has its own entrance. The apartment is very conveniently located for cyclists, nature lovers, hikers and fitters. Hanover can be reached via the A2 within 45 minutes. Hameln and Rinteln are about 13 km away. In the next town (2 km away) there is a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a doctor.

Beautiful 147 m2 loft in the commercial building of the former Lippische Tonwarenfabrik from 1896 in the middle of the nature reserve. Plenty of space, light and views. Magnificent sunsets, fresh air and untouched nature. Our loft welcomes 2 people + 1 toddler up to 3 years old. A folding bed can be added on request.

The attic apartment is available for you in our house. It consists of 1.5 rooms plus a private bathroom. Possibility to make coffee, microwave, fridge & TV are in the room as well as a workstation. There are no additional fees. The large garden with barbecue facilities can be used.
