I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

With pride and pleasure, I rent out a 2-person garden suite in my country house, separate from my house in Heemstede, including use of a private bathroom (completely renovated in Dec 2022). There is free parking on the premises and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout station is across the street where you can rent bicycles (max. 20 minutes cycling to Zandvoort, 10 minutes cycling to Haarlem!). 23 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.
