Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Dassett Cabin - retreat, relax, romance, rewild

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Beautiful refurbished barn conversion with 2 double bedrooms ensuite. Enjoying views over countryside and private gardens featured on the cover of Gardens Illustrated and Sky TV's The Art of The Garden. In a conservation area, Deepark Barn is the perfect escape with walks to nearby Fawsley and Badby Woods, golfing at Helidon Lakes, F1 at Silverstone and racing at Towcester. Great for work stays , fast wifi , nearby Daventry, Rugby and Banbury Good pubs nearby. EV charger on request

The Art Barn

Relax in this beautiful and secluded rural haven. The Art Barn is a part of Tunningham Farm, a long established family home nestled in a dip in the landscape between two villages. Although not a working farm there are sheep, horses, hens ducks and various friendly dogs on the premises. The Art barn was created as an art studio, and is still used as such. Set in a large garden with fields behind and surrounding it, the Barn is the perfect place to rest, reset and refresh yourself.

Cosy country cottage

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).

Private Annexe in Northamptonshire Village

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes.
