This freshly renovated vacation apartment features underfloor heating and two bedrooms, each comfortably furnished with two box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms include a large, spacious wardrobe with plenty of shelving and hangers. The bathroom benefits from natural light and is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a toilet, a vanity unit, and a mirrored cabinet. The kitchen has a refrigerator with 3 freezer compartments, a quiet dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, and a programmable coffee machine., an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an air fryer, and a blender. It offers a pleasant atmosphere with a dining area, inviting you to cook and relax together. Direct access to the spacious terrace is available from the kitchen. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. In good weather, you can relax in comfort—whether in the shade or the sun—perhaps in the beach basket chair, while reading or simply enjoying the view of the greenery. Pure relaxation! The apartment is fully accessible (barrier-free). A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room for a small fee, making the apartment suitable for longer stays. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for pets or children under the age of 3. When submitting a booking inquiry, please always state the ages of any children, the names of all travelers, and whether the stay is for business or leisure.

HYGG INN - Our feel-good place where you can enjoy the good things in life with your favorite people! The house, which was completely modernized in 2021/2022, offers many highlights: spacious rooms, box spring beds, 65" smart TV, rain shower, electric charging station, garden with 60 sqm sun terrace, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill - nothing is missing! A gas fireplace (currently still under construction! As of July 22) in the interior, as well as a sauna house in the outdoor area invite you to feel good even on cold days.

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The small and cozy vacation home is located in a small, quiet village very close to the Baltic Sea coast (10 km to the Baltic Sea beach). The house is equipped with the following: - Double bed in the bedroom - Sofa bed for one person in the living room - Kitchen -Wifi - Bathroom with shower/toilet - Private outdoor area with barbecue facilities (grill available) + communal garden - Free public parking about 100 meters away - Towels/linens included No pets.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

But small private celebrations and relaxing holidays are also popular here. Or just combine the two.

The guesthouse with the holiday lofts Ostera and Westera is located on the rural Sonnenhügel estate in the Kariner Land. The former stable building combines historic character with contemporary design and a clear, warm aesthetic. This is a place created to convey calm and quality, shaped by carefully chosen materials and thoughtful details. The atmosphere is understated and harmonious, offering space for slowing down and enjoying special moments.

Vacation in the old bakery

The rustic Backhus is part of the Old Museum Yard and can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. In the adjoining garden you can barbecue, play and enjoy the view as you wish. 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. On request and subject to availability, we will gladly provide you with additional bicycles with which you can explore the surroundings. The sightseeing towns of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

The cottage is perfect for anyone who wants to have relaxation and tranquility and likes to look out of the bedroom window into the greenery.
