The guesthouse with the holiday lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural estate Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love for clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain view of special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

The small and cozy vacation home is located in a small, quiet village very close to the Baltic Sea coast (10 km to the Baltic Sea beach). The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

Plenty of space on 140 m²: spacious living room with open, high-quality kitchen, two bedrooms (a third bedroom is available for 5 people or more), two modern bathrooms – one of them with a large bathtub for two people. We are at home here where the sea lives, watching wide beaches and the seagulls as they sail in the wind... just for fun. Slowing down is the magic word in a maritime environment, strolling and shopping at the weekly market every Saturday with regional organic products. A fresh fish roll and your feet in the sand and just look across the sea to the horizon...

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days.
