This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. The property's exterior is slightly elevated, giving rise to ocean views, and comfortably furnished and designed so you can enjoy Tenerife's warm sun during the day and a pleasant dinner under the stars in the evening

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that fully opens to the terrace facing the sea, towards sunset, in a very quiet setting.

Includes 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a large TV and sofa. All rooms have air conditioning. From the living room, access a private green courtyard with a dining area and a gas barbecue. The large pool near your house is always at your disposal.
