Our residence, which is 3 minutes walking distance to the bazaar and the beach, is also in a unique location in terms of access to the beach and the sea areas. Our apartment, where we offer the opportunity to have a peaceful holiday with your family or friends, also has a backyard and the use of the relevant garden belongs only to our guests. The entrances and exits to the garden are from the rented residence.

Our 130-year-old historical monumental pavilion; is covered with stone walls, the ceiling and floor is wooden, its room with an original bathtub bathroom. It is 750 meters from the center of the island, surrounded by pine forests with sea views. Breakfast is included in our prices, we also provide catering for a fee. Our 10 meter long swimming pool in our garden, a very spacious balcony on the upper floor and our large fireplace are offered as common areas for a total of 4 rooms.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.

My house is located in the most elite of Büyükada, a few hundred meters from the coast, bazaar and piers. The apartment, which is all reserved for our guests, has two spacious bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Both rooms have their own terrace and comfortable seating groups and stylish night lights where you can have a great time both inside and outside.
