We were very satisfied and the questions were quick to respond. The house was just as it was, we loved the internet speed. Felt like home

had a rough checking in. But after wards things were ok.

This is an amazing place, located very near Taksim Square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautiful. It has big rooms and fully renovated bathrooms. There is also a big terrace and a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. The instructions to check in are clear. I couldn’t find anything negative. Highly recommended.

Elif was super helpful. He opened the doors for us in person and fixed a sliding door that was off track before we checked in. Instructions were clear and the place had everything that we needed as tourists in Istanbul. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this stay for a group of 5-6.

The 24/7 reception was really great. Very nice people and always helpful. There was always free coffee, tea and biscuits at the reception. Our accommodation had a balcony, where you could have a great breakfast. The place was in a great location. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The Grand Bazaar is within walking distance. The proximity to the tram also made things a lot easier.

Excellent location in Beyoglu, close to cafes, restaurants & a 10-20 min walk to the tram or ferry (for those less able-bodied, the area is on top of a hill). Apartment itself isn’t huge but was as advertised and fine for 2 people (note: the bed is a double). The living space was great to have for extra room, to relax and enjoy the morning air and evening sun. Also both the bedroom & living room have A/C. Host was responsive when we had any little issues or questions and everything was always resolved.

An accommodation that deserves 5 stars in every aspect...

Hamdi is the best host I've ever seen, with his sincerity and interest. He took care of us immediately when we had the slightest problem or needed something. He did his best to make us enjoy the holiday. The house has everything you're looking for. It is comfortable and has very good privacy. The balcony and the view are more beautiful than the photos. I definitely recommend this place to those who will have a holiday in Heybeliada. Get a reservation without thinking.

6 stars out of 5:) The apartment is very tastefully furnished, has character with sweet details and meets all needs, you don't want to leave the house. The balcony and the view are amazing. Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. Heybeli may be the best! I plan to come again🫶🌸

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. I would definitely come back. Dilek was so kind to us. The place feels like home in Istanbul. It was the perfect location for us.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centres very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

Nilüfer was an excellent host. We had a family reunion in Istanbul, and this place was truly everything we could have hoped for. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the apartment felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was even more spacious than it looked in the photos. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely book it again.
