Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

Our house is located in nature in Çatalca and is only 4 km from the center. Far from the city but easy to get to, this location is ideal for a peaceful escape. At sunset, you can enjoy a unique atmosphere by barbecue in your own private garden. There is a private garden area belonging to our guests, which is not visible from the outside. A comfortable all-season experience is offered with a heated pool (3m x 2m) located in the garden. ⚠️ Note: The hot tub is currently out of use.
