Townhouse holiday rentals in İstanbul

Our group enjoyed staying in the Taksim neighborhood! The apartments were clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay in Istanbul. The host helped with private transport and was always friendly.

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

The area is lined with cute buildings and has many restaurants, making it a calm environment.Files was very friendly and kind, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.You can walk to the Blue Mosque, but you have to climb a hill.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The owners helped us to arrange transportation, which was super helpful, and met us at the property to go over all of the important details to enjoy our stay while we were there. Communication was very easy and the location was great.

Our extended family stayed for a week at Ozkans house Ozkan was very responsive to guide our taxi drive through the original cobble stone lanes. it is an original house dating back to the Otterman era, the house had everything we needed, lots of books washing .machine, well equipped kitchen. The main bed was a bit lumpy but strangely comfortable, downstairs double was ok, the single mattress wasn't so good. The house is halfway up the hill from the tourist area, lots of Cafes etc. Where the houses is,the area hasn't been gentrified. Was a little concerned when we arrived, Taxi driver wasn't enthusiastic about the area. However we found the area safe. friendly. We were a party of 3 women. and 1 man. Plenty of nearby small shops to buy groceries etc. The tram, bus and ferry station are 5/ 10 minute walk away, so very convenient to get to the Istanbull centre, Taksim or 30 minute walk. It was a very interesting enjoyable stay. Ozkan was a very responsive and generous host

Our family of 6 including my kids and parents had a wonderful stay at the house. The house itself is beautifully furnished, clean, had very comfortable beds and pillows, well working AC, well stocked. I really appreciated the beautiful glassware and china. The house is vertical, as shown on the listing photos. It was not a problem for us because my parents took two bedrooms on first floor (one flight of stairs) and the rest of us were fine with taking more stairs. The location worked perfectly for us. The house is 1-10 min walking distance from many great restaurants, cafes, sights. The street is lined with artisan shops and many great specialty food stores. Asli was an amazing host. Very thoughtful, incredibly responsive with lots of recommendations and feedback, and made us feel at home in Istanbul. We will definitely stay at the house again.

Absolutely loved our one month stay here. House is a real gem. So beautifully decorated, with everything you need to be comfortable for a long visit. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and the shower was a real treat. And as mentioned in other reviews the stairs are a masterpiece, but defn not for those who aren’t steady on their feet. Such an interesting neighbourhood with so many lovely cafes, delicious bakeries and supermarkets close by. Host had made many local recommendations, and the ones we tried were great. Less than a 15min walk to the Ferry which we mostly used to go everywhere, as it is an incredible way to see Istanbul. Also, tram stop is close by with easy access to the Sultanahmet area. If you are after an authentic stay in an authentic area, this property is a real find. Thanks for having us. Vanessa

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). Our stay was great and the Batuhan was more than a wonderful host. My luggage was lost and he made arrangements to get go with me to airport to retrieve the following day after check in at no charge. He also accompanied me to airport. He was very friendly and one of the best host I’ve ever had. The home was perfect for our two families of 4. I would highly recommend this place and the area!

The house was clean, had all the things we needed, very quiet the area, at least 2 beds in each room, there is place for parcking one car inside, and multiple cars outside the yard.. Adnan very nice and communicative. I will recommend it to anyone who needs to be around the area.

It was amazing to stay at her hosting if you are a family of many of just a group of friends the stay can assist you in multiple ways with a good location making it close to many major tourist spots and the street itself was a vibe and were frequently greeted with cats. It was really comfortable to stay at the hosting. Definitely recommend

I lived in it for two days. My family and I have 7 people, and I say, it was a wonderful experience and a very clean house, and the owner of the house, brother Hani is short , providing all the needs. In addition, he responds to me along if I ask anything. The accommodation is small sailors and live in a popular atmosphere amid friendly neighbors. 👏🏼

Beautiful Ottoman-style house with a magical view of the Golden Horn from breakfast to sunset, in the company of the little black cat ;) the neighborhood is colorful and pleasant to live in... Well served by transport, once you find the stops ;) Merve was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Thanks to her. We had a great stay for this first time in Istanbul and we recommend this Airbnb! Be in shape, there are 49 steps to the magnificent view of the terrace and a small slope to get to the house.

Beautiful, spacious house in a nice area of Istanbul. The ferry gets you to the center easily. We had an excellent stay!

A superb location. I holidayed with my family. This place would also suit friends and couples. The place is fun , clean with cosy vibes. A home away from home. To have your own space on each floor too was perfect with its own amenities. The communal areas were fabulous and we loved the vinyl record player. This place is a hidden gem with an excellent host. It's minutes from the Galata Tower. A perfect amd ideal location. I would stay here again.
