The reason it is affordable is the ceiling height. It is 50 metres from the beach. You can get to restaurants in just a few steps and choose whichever you like. We are in the centre of the island. You can experience the unique nature of Heybeliada without needing any means of transport. If you want to go to the beach, the beaches on the island have their own boat services and can be reached in just a few steps.
