Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

The forge at Humletorp Farm

Smedjan is a beautiful, private house for two, originally the smithy of the farm. Look out across the lake when taking breakfast, whether looking through a green field at blue water, or across a white landscape to a frozen wonderland. Smedjan has enough plates, cutlery; pots and pans, for 2 people. Tea and coffee, coffee machine and kettle are also available. A quarter of an hour from Karlstad is our guest house overlooking sheep meadows and Lake Alstern. With socializing in front of the fireplace or on the terrace in the evening sun, the holiday gets a lovely golden edge. It is a perfect starting point for those who like to be out in nature or want to visit Karlstad. We have many great tips to share for those who wish. In the nearby lake Gapern, we have a sauna raft that can be rented at the same time on request.

And experience the awakening of nature during Spring. The stuga is suitable for max. 2 persons.

Mycket fint nyrenoverat enplanshus med alla bekvämligheter i lantligt läge, 30 km från Karlstad. I skogen intill huset finns bär och svamp. I Molkom 10 minuter bort finns butik, apotek mm. I den vackra omgivningen finns mycket att upptäcka! Naturreservat, underbara skogar med fina vandringsstråk. Sjöar med bra fiskemöjligheter året om. Från huset är det ca 350 meter ner till sjön Västra Örten med fin badstrand.

Onze stuga ligt in het midden van de Brattforsheden aan het Alsternmeer. De stilte en natuur is voor jong en oud adembenemend. Hier kun je uren in stilte wandelen. Onderweg is er genoeg wild te zien of te plukken. Je kan ook onze boot met elektrische motor pakken om een heerlijke maaltijd bij elkaar te vissen of de echte zweedse natuur vanaf het water te bewonderen.

The cottage is situated in a undisturbed area with the most amazing view over the lake Fryken. About 300 metres from the beach and 2 km from restaurants, groceries store, railway station and gas station. In the cabin you'll find a cosy stove, shower and a small kitchen. I think you're really gonna enjoy just hanging out and relax on the farmyard.
