The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance. Our apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential and commercial building on the outskirts of Langwedel - Völkersen. It can be reached via the rear garden and an external staircase. The covered terrace (garden side) is about 30 m². The apartment consists of a large, cozy living room (sleeping couch) with dining table. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and the option to add a crib. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
