This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die angrenzenden Wiesen und Wälder laden zu kleinen und auch grossen Spaziergängen ein. Seit ca. 200 Jahren ist der Bahnhof ein Platz für Reisende und Urlauber. Heute kann man darin wohnen. Egal ob mit Freunden oder im kleinen Familienkreis. Hinter der Bahnlinie (5min Fußweg) findet ihr einen kleinen Bach, Felder, Wald und Wiesen. Die Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Parken können sie direkt vor dem Haus. Bis nach Bühl sind es 2,7 km und nach Baden-Baden ca. 10 km.
