We had a wonderful time at this location! The place was perfect for enjoying the warm weather and was also well-equipped to keep things cozy when it got chilly. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient—close to a variety of attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Super stay at Jakobs house, the house was huge and well equipped. You could sense the mountain atmosphere. A wonderful, peaceful area. One of the most beautiful places I have been to with my friends. Jakob was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly I recomended

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The house is fantastic for a family and Roxana is an incredible host. she had arranged our public transport tickets that allowed us to catch the bus from the end of the street into Salzburg. She also surprised our 10 year old with balloons and decorations upon arrival for his 10th birthday. We loved our stay at Roxana's house, it was amazing.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home! We were two couples with two babies and we had a lot of space for everyone. The balcony has a beautiful view and it's fun to spend time there. Franziska's guest apartment is delightful! We found everything we needed! We relished the coziness of the kitchen and great room, which were conducive to visiting, contemplation, yoga, and soothing window views. We valued the separate WC and lavatory. The entire apartment is comfortably spacious and functional, with ample hooks and storage nooks for things we like to bring. Surpassing the exceptional nature of the guest apartment is its responsive, caring, competent, and helpful owner, Franziska! She is friendly and engaging but not intrusive. Her sensitivity and professional knowledge of hospitality are evident in every detail. For us, her decorating and keen management of her guest apartment created a feeling of an inviting home away from home. We couldn't have been happier. We believe Franziska is an infinity Super Host, and we thank her for creating an environment conducive to our total relaxation and enjoyment. We have but one regret, two weeks wasn't an extended enough stay!

Great apartment and johannes responded very quickly to our question! 30 mins walk but we found the bus 5 mins walk away, no 3 and no 8! Salzburg was amazing, will definitely come back!

This apartment was really perfect. Nice and spacious, clean, and with a beautiful garden that you can use. Doris is great host. She always responds very quickly when you send a message and she is very hospitable. She's always there for you if you need anything. That's another carefree holiday.

The apartment is lovingly and richly furnished. Small but extremely fine is the keyword. We felt very comfortable and it was always a pleasant retreat after activities. The train station and the old town are within easy walking distance. And the hosts were not on site, but that was not a problem. You always had the feeling of being well looked after. You can just tell that they have been doing what they do for a long time and with dedication. Thank you for the great apartment

We spent a few days here in May and all of us absolutely loved this Airbnb. It was spacious and clean with gorgeous views all around. It is located in a beautiful area and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place to book. Thomas and his family were very nice and helpful.

Booked last minute and available by chance. Beautiful villa with all comforts, underfloor heating in the living/dining room, wonderful sauna and spacious jacuzzi, good beds, near the slopes and a 12-minute drive from Katschberg Höhe. With 8 adults and a child of 7, more than enough space. Also recommended in the spring, summer or autumn season. In any case, we'd love to come back again.

Our stay at Roman’s. Was great. 😊 it’s a big home with plenty of room. The pool was fun and the place was nice and clean!! Roman was a great host and responded to questions very quickly!!

We had a very pleasant stay: perfect weather, great skiing and last but not least a very nice and comforatable accomodation.

Perfect for many guests with pets (dog). Own house and gazebo, very nice in nice weather. Charging electric car with wallbox is very easy and payable directly to the landlord. In the middle of nature, very quiet and very nice view of the valley, the mountains, the Cathedral and St. Johann. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Even though we only had two days, our stay was really worth it. Barbara was a very good host and explained everything in detail remotely explained. The apartment handover by her daughter also worked out great. The house itself was as described and is fantastically only a few minutes away by bike from Chiemsee in a small village on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace or by bike/walking the beautiful area. We will remember this weekend for a long time!

Nine of us had a great stay at the villa. Everything as in the pictures, great pool and garden and beautiful view. Communication and check-in were also smooth and easy. Would come back anytime :)
