Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreating and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

The two nights following our holiday in Italy brought us an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we were able to enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, as never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

The stay was an absolute dream! The cottage was very tastefully and comfortably furnished - the view was magnificent. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the beginning. Veronika gave us good recommendations and was very friendly. Our highlight: the fine guitar sounds that we were able to listen to in the morning. We will be happy to come back :)

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly greeted with homemade cake and given a short tour of the grounds. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the accommodation are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and we got some to try. The area is also beautiful: lots of hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea enormously! They are very nice, hospitable and helpful. We'd love to come back!

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can recommend without reservation.

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

This was a great place to stay with our rental car. It was such a peaceful location and made exploring the surrounding area with a car so easy. Walking into the village of Hallstatt only took 10 minutes. We loved our stay here!

The stay at Valentin's was great. The apartment matched the pictures and it had everything you could want. Valentin was a very nice host and greeted us personally upon arrival. We would come back anytime:)

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The spa area was incredible. The apartment had everything you could need and the bed was very comfortable. You can easily walk into town or along the river. Short drive to the lake and Hallstätt. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful modern apartment, nothing was missing! The view of Lake Attersee was decisive for me when booking!

Location is very good 37 min to Konigssee and Berchtesgaden a city thats well worth visiting. The balcony was very nice to have a peaceful breakfast. A restaurant named Lohmayr Stub’n was about 50m - great restaurant!! Probably 8 min walk from the place there is a very good bakery with a great variety of choice. Denise was always extremely helpful and quick to respond. Denise place was clean and comfortable.

Excellent apartments, I would like to recommend them with confidence. Convenient location, modern fresh renovation, clean and cozy. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay and stay, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Comfortable beds and bed linen. The view from the window pleases with its beautiful mountains, it is especially great to watch it from the large terrace outside. Also available is a ski room, a washing machine and a clothes dryer, which makes active recreation even more comfortable.

We were guests of Georg with six adults, two children and a dog. Our stay was seven nights. The location is simply ideal if you want to hike. Georg was very courteous and very friendly to us. He gave us good advice on which Alm was ideal for us and was also helpful when there were other concerns. The surroundings are simply breathtaking and beautiful. The apartment of the Chalet Rosenstein, especially the one on the upper floor, which we lived in, is beautifully, generously and tastefully furnished. The chalet's parking spaces are located directly next to the respective entrances of the apartments. We wish Georg all the best and many new guests. Thank you :-)
