My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had no complaints at all. The house was clean, easy to find and is in a great location. We met the hosts at checkin and they were very friendly! Would highly recommend this place!

Great 2-floor apartment on the edge of Epping Forest by Theydon Bois village Green , with a tube station, 2 pubs and multiple restaurants on your doorstep. Much bigger than we expected with a nice mix of living space downstairs and sleeping rooms upstairs. Above Bakery but no noise noticed and indeed sandwiches and rolls purchased in the morning. Valerie the host very friendly and responsive too. Thank you :)

Nadia’s place was super clean, tidy, and was exactly what we expected from the photos and Airbnb listing. We stayed here when we went to Tottenham stadium and so was a good location for us. The Airbnb is tucked in the corner of a cul-de-sac within a neighbourhood so felt really safe and private. Nadia’s communication was also superb and she was really accommodating. We’d definitely stay here again!
