Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Tiene una playa a 300 metros a la que se puede ir caminando accediendo por un sendero rural al lado de la villa. Se encuentra a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo de Santa Ursula , con varios supermercados y buenos restaurantes. Las vistas y el cuidado de los pequeños detalles, son las características principales de esta propiedad.
